Why it matters for agent readiness
AR-CAPA-08 MUST if you expose an API (OpenAPI 3.1 or AsyncAPI). Without it agents can't do reliable function calling: they don't know paths, params or error schemas.

- Audit robots.txt and add Content-Signal if you don't want training.
- Publish one answer-first definition per key concept (this template).
